We teach youth how business and finance actually work.
Using real companies, real events, and a company they build themselves.
Cadre is a live online business and financial education program for Grades 7–10. Small cohorts. Real companies. Real events. Real evidence, not textbook theory.
Each class is 75 minutes, once a week, live via Zoom, 6:30–7:45 PM Pacific Time. Phase 1 begins January 4 (Monday) or January 5 (Tuesday). Open to students across British Columbia.

FIG. 01 · STEP INTO THE REAL WORLD
We believe waiting until adulthood to understand money isn't tradition. It's a gap nobody's bothered to close.
Why we built Cadre
School teaches the theory. But once you step into the real world, if you don't understand how money and business actually work, you fall behind fast. We built Cadre to close that gap early, for students in Grades 7–10, with real guidance before it matters.
A serious program that treats students like young professionals
Most people learn about money only after they're expected to make big decisions with it. Cadre flips that, starting earlier and with real evidence.
Big Ideas, Made Simple
Money. Markets. The real world.
Small Groups
Every student has a voice.
Interactive Learning
Trade games. Debates. Paper trading.
Real companies
McDonald's. Nike. Apple. GameStop.
A complete progression, from idea to evidence
Three phases, each building on the last: understand money, understand financial systems, understand investing and markets. Hands on every week, and grounded in real events, not textbook theory.
Foundations
Why money exists, what actually gives something value, and how a business grows from a single idea into something far bigger than one founder could build alone, all tested on a company your child designs from scratch.
Systems
How banks actually work, how budgets and risk really function, and how danger can quietly build inside a financial system long before anyone notices.
Investing
The different ways investors actually think, how to actually read what a company's own numbers are telling you, and how to separate a strong company from a popular one when hype and price move faster than the business itself.
Every phase builds toward the same goal: a child who understands money and markets before the world ever tests them on it.
